He has been directing the development of a number of innovative open source web applications including Segue, a curricular content management system, Concerto, a digital asset management system and Harmoni, a service-oriented application framework that includes implementations of the Open Knowledge Initiative open service interface definitions. He received a grant from the National Institute for Technology and Liberal Education (NITLE).
